Does our Parliament Representative competitive or up to standard?

According to a columnist of The Edge. Radzuan Halim, a former merchant banker, teaches MBA and law students stated:

The level of education of our MPs has improved markedly from the MerAnd this comes at a time when Malaysians are exposed to live goings-on at US Congressional hearings and, in the British Parliament, the prime minister's question time every Tuesdaydeka era.
